 Chancelor Johnathan Bennett, born on April 16, 1993 is a popular American musician and rapper. Born and raised in Chicago, Bennett released his debut mixtape 10 Day in 2012. The artist began to garner the attention of the public in 2013 after releasing his second mixtape, Acid Rap. [3] He then released his third mixtape, Coloring Book in 2016, which garnered further public acclaim and interest. The album earned him three Grammy Awards, including the award for Best Rap Album; upon winning the award, it was the first album solely streaming to win the Grammy Award, and peaked at number eight on the Billboard 200. In the year 2019 the debut album of his studio, The Big Day, was released. He is also a vocalist and member of Savemoney in Chicago. They released Surf in the year 2015, and was directed by Nico Segal, who is also trumpeter. Bennett is also involved in social activism in the Chicago community in which he resides.His father Ken Williams-Bennett was an adviser to the late Chicago mayor Harold Washington and then-Senator Barack Obama.
