Renee

 Renee Kathleen Zellweger (/r@'neI 'zelweg@r/; born on April 25 1969) is an American actress. She was awarded numerous accolades which included two Academy Awards and two British Academy Film Awards. In 2007 she was among the top-paying actresses around the globe. Zellweger was born and raised in Texas. Initially aspiring for the field of journalism, she found herself drawn to acting following her short stint on stage during her college. After minor roles in Dazed and Confused (1993) and Reality Bites (1994), her first starring role came in the slasher movie Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994). Her rise to fame was due to starring parts in the romantic comedy Jerry Maguire (1996), the drama One True Thing (1998) as well as the black comedy Nurse Betty (2000), winning the Golden Globe Award for the last of these.For the role of Bridget Jones in the romantic comedy Bridget Jones's Diary (2001) and Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago (2002), Zellweger gained consecutive nominations for the Academy Award for Best Actress.
