 Andrew Dean East, born 17 September 1991 Andrew Dean East was born on September 17, 1991. He is an American football long snapper. East played college football at Vanderbilt and was a long snapper for several NFL teams such as the Washington Redskins. He was captain of the North Central High School football program located in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a three-year member on defense and special teams for the 5A division school located in the Indianapolis area.When East was a sophomore and junior, he started as a linebacker, posting 110 tackles during his junior season. He was named All-Around-Area linebacker while starting as a long-snapper.As an senior, East contributed 64 tackles and seven quarterback sacks when he was a first-year player. East was also recognized with the Indiana Academic All-State honors. He is married to Shawn Johnson, an Olympic gymnast and a gold medalist. East and Johnson got engaged on July 24, 2015, at Wrigley Field during a Chicago Cubs game, and were married on the 16th of April 2016, in Franklin, Tennessee.The couple live in Nashville, Tennessee. They have two kids, one daughter born in October 2019 and a son who was born in July 2021.
