 Larry David is an American comedian actor, writer and director. He also produces television. Larry David's net worth was estimated at $400 million as of the time of his writing. The most popular of his work is his comedy show "Seinfeld" (and "Curb Your Enthusiasm") Through these two shows, Larry has been producing an enduring comedy series since 1989.Larry earned the majority of his wealth due to his part in the backend syndication royalties generated through "Seinfeld." Larry as well as Jerry Seinfeld owned 15% each of the show's backend equity when it was sold to syndication. More on this later in the article.In 1989, Larry teamed up with Jerry Seinfeld to create a pilot for NBC that was originally called "The Seinfeld Chronicles." The title was changed later to "Seinfeld". Larry was the co-creator and executive producer of "Seinfeld." The show was on air from 1989 until 1998, with 180 episodes. Larry was the creator of 62 episodes of "Seinfeld" which included "The Contest" which is the most famous episode. David's contribution to the show earned the show two Primetime Emmy Awards in 1993, for Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Individual Achievement in Writing for an Comedy Series for "The Contest.
