Young & Hungry is an American Romantic sitcom created by David Holden. The multi-camera series features Emily Osment, Jonathan Sadowski, Aimee Carrero, Kym Whitley and Rex Lee, and premiered on ABC Family (now Freeform) on June 25, 2014.On March 7, 2016, Freeform renewed the show for a fourth season, that premiered on June 1st, 2016 and concluded on August 3 on the 3rd of August, 2016. On October 24, 2016, Osment announced via Twitter that Young & Hungry had been renewed for a fifth season.On March 15 in 2018 it was officially declared that the fifth season would be the final. The final 10 episodes premiered on June 20th, 2018 and ended on July 25 in 2018. The final film of the series was originally announced along with the decision to cancel. But, it was cancelled on August 24 in 2018. Set in San Francisco, Josh Kaminski is a successful tech entrepreneur, recruits Gabi Diamond to serve as his personal chef. After having a few issues with her first dinner, the two embark on an evening-long relationship. The show follows the couple and their lives. The series explores their relationship as well as their love life. Gabi faces challenges both in and out of the kitchen.Gabi lives in a house with her best friend Sofia. Sofia (AKA 'lil SoSo).
