Toothbrush

There are soft and hard bristles. Electric vs manual and rectangular or tapered heads as well as the type of handle, non-slip grip or a flexible neck. With so many different types of designs, styles, and brands on the market, how do you know which one is best for you? Which is more effective and safe? What makes a brush more comfortable and safer? Depending on how vigorously you scrub, soft bristles can be more gentle on gums, whereas the hard bristle brushes can actually cause damage to the gums, the dental surface, and enamel. There's nothing more significant other than comfort. Flexible handles are preferred by some people because they can angle their toothbrush more easily while rigid ones are more comfortable to hold. You should choose the handle that's more comfortable for you, or ask your dentist for assistance to pick the right brush.
