Lucy Verasamy

 Lucy Verasamy (born 2 August 1980) is a British forecaster of weather for ITV Weather, ITV Racing and ITV's Good Morning Britain.Verasamy was born in King's Lynn, Norfolk, and was a student at Silfield Primary School in Wymondham, Framlingham College Junior School in Suffolk and King Edward VII School in King's Lynn, where she took A-level geography. In 2001, she graduated from Brunel University with an BSc. Hons. degree in geography. She then trained as meteorologist at the Weather Centre of the Press Association (later renamed Meteogroup - Europe's largest private Weather company) - where she created international and national weather forecasts. After completing an internship in the Sky Weather Centre before becoming a weather forecaster, Verasamy became a part of Sky and became the regular weather anchor for the Sky News breakfast show Sunrise. In 2007 the Sky News website started a feature titled Climate Clinic - Ask Lucy as part of their Green Britain campaign,
