 Lil Wayne is an American rapper as well as a music executive with a net worth of $170 million. The artist has accumulated many names over his career that include Birdman Jr., Young Tune, Dr. Carter, Weezyana, Tunechi, and countless others. Whatever his name is his name, it's evident that he's had a hugely successful career. He's sold more than 100 million albums around the globe, and has been awarded numerous awards and has even beaten Elvis Presley to be the Billboard Top 100's most-viewed artist. His status as one of the most successful musical artists of all time provided Wayne the opportunity to create his own music label Young Money Entertainment. At nine years old He signed with Cash Money Records. After performing with The B.G. 'z, then later with the Hot Boys after which he ventured into his own, releasing his debut solo album "The Block Is Hot", in 1999. The album went Platinum and launched a very popular solo rap career which has grown. His album, "Tha Carter IV", dropped during the summer of 2011, and has been sold 3.5 million copies.
