John McEnroe was the former American World No. McEnroe is a former American World No. 1 tennis player , with a an estimated net worth of more than of $100 million. McEnroe's exceptional technique, unbeatable amount of wins, and his attitude off the court made him an extremely troubled tennis player. McEnroe has won 77 singles titles and 78 doubles titles. These include seven Grand Slam Singles titles and 9 Grand Slam men's doubles titles. McEnroe was Captain of the United States Davis Cup team, and is often thought of as one of the top tennis players ever. John McEnroe is a TV commentator, game host, and talk show host since his retirement. John McEnroe was conceived John Patrick McEnroe Jr. in Wiesbaden (West Germany) on the 16th of February 1959. John's parents were American and he was living in Germany with his father who was stationed at the U.S. Air Force. McEnroe's family first moved to Newburgh (NY) Stewart Air Force Base. Then, they relocated to Flushing in Queens in 1961, and Douglaston in 1962. John's father, John, left the Air Force to become an advertising agent and then continued to Fordham Law School.
