Ayn Rand, a Russian-American novelist screenwriter, philosopher, and philosopher, was also a prominent Conservative/Libertarian political activist. She is most well recognized for her work on Atlas Shrugged (1957) and The Fountainhead (1943). Affluent Jewish parents gave her birth in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on February 2, 1905. Ayn Rand, her birth name Alissa Zinovievna Rosenbaum. Her most well-known achievement is her work as a novelist. She is also credited with the creation of a philosophical system called Objectivism. Rand passed away in New York City on 6 March 1982.She did her initial schooling at the prestigious Stoiunina School and began writing at when she was eight years old. Though her parents tried to shield the girls from the political turmoil which was taking place at that moment, Alisa gradually developed her opinions and was a proponent of the republican system over a monarchy that was constitutional. Rand aged nine years old, made the decision to write a book and was particularly inspired by the work of Victor Hugo's books. The 1917 "February Revolution" broke out in Saint Petersburg, Alisa, 12, favored Alexander Kerensky over the Tsar Nicholas II. The family's lives were disrupted by the "October Revolution" began at the end of the year. Her father's business was taken by the Bolsheviks and her family moved to Crimea to start the new chapter of their lives.
