According to court documents of Florida's 14th Judicial Circuit, Wambles has pleaded not guilty to one count of accessory after-the fact to second-degree murder with firearm. She is also charged with Jeremie Peters and William Parker. Guillen's girlfriend Rosa Ambriz had called the Jackson County Sheriff's Office to inform them she was convinced Guillen was killed.
