Asad Hanif

 Abdullah Hanif, born 17 September 1982, is an ex-international cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates in the 2004 ICC Intercontinental Cup. He played as an all-rounder, playing left-handed cricket and bowling with his right arm medium pace.Hanif represented the UAE under-19s in the 2001 Youth Asia Cup in Nepal. As vice-captain, he was Mohammad Usman's partner. In March 2004, Hanif was selected in the UAE senior team for an Intercontinental Cup game against Nepal it was the nation's first ever first-class game. In the game, held at the Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium Hanif batted third in both innings with 12 runs scored in the first innings, and nine in the second. He also bowled first-change in the first innings of Nepal (behind Ali Asad and Asim Saeed), but was only called upon for two overs.Asad Chowdhury (born 11 February 1943) is poet and translator, writer TV, radio host and journalist, and a cultural activist in Bangladesh. In 2013, he was awarded Ekushey Padak and in 1987 In 1987, he won the Bangla Academy Literary Award.
