Catherine Bell

 Catherine Lisa Bell (born 14 August 1968) is a British-American actress and model known for her roles as Lieutenant Colonel Sarah MacKenzie in the television series JAG from 1997 to 2005. She also played Denise Sherwood in the series Army Wives from 2007 to 2013, as well as Cassandra "Cassie" Nightingale in Hallmark's The Good Witch films and TV series from 2008 until 2021.where Bell was exposed to diverse influences. Bell's family was Persian at home. Her parents were Muslim however, Catherine was also exposed to Catholicism and went to the Baptist summer camp. Catherine grew up in California and was heavily influenced by her California environment. I was a tomboy. I was a huge skateboarder, play football and explore the limits a bit."
